CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

As we are solely based online, this allows us to give you the best value for money possible with our products, as such we don’t currently have a telephone ordering system. However, you can simply click the Facebook Chat icon on your screen to be instantly connected with one of our team. Please have the details of your order ready with your PayPal or credit/debit card details.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Your order will be delivered via My Hermes. For more information please see our Delivery Information page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Goods that are in stock are dispatched the same day if ordered before 11am. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to be with you in about 7 days.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

Currently we only cover the UK but keep checking back as we do intend to expand globally in the near future.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Our online payments are handled by PayPal using your credit/debit card but you can still order from us even if you don’t have a debit or credit card by using your normal PayPal balance account. Likewise, if you don’t have a PayPal account don’t worry, even though we use the PayPal portal to take payments you are not required to set up a PayPal account.

IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes it is. What you see is what you pay.
