Sales Contracts
Orders made through Car Couture (car-couture.co.uk) are subject to acceptance and availability. Car Couture (car-couture.co.uk) may choose at any time to cancel your order. No contract will officially exist between yourself and Car Couture (car-couture.co.uk) until your parcel has been dispatched.
Prices
If any goods are shown on Car Couture (car-couture.co.uk) at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse to supply those goods to you at that price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
The price does not include standard postage and delivery charges.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
